Welcome to our shepherds hut here in beautiful Swaledale in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The hut is located in a secluded location with far reaching views of the valley. There is a short walk on a steep slope to get to the hut, however we’re sure you’ll agree it’s worth the effort for the privacy and views. Parking is on the gravelled drive at the top. We’ve loved creating this idyllic getaway for two. The feelings of been a child again making dens and wanting to sleep outside have all been fulfilled (be it a little more luxurious!). The wildlife is in abundance, the curlews, Canadian geese, kingfishers, herons, rabbits and deer can all be seen. The night skies when clear, are filled with stars and the owls hoot all adds to a magical experience. We hope we can welcome you soon.
